Privacy Policy

Effective October 18, 2026

This page explains what Fresh Start Home Sales collects through freshstarthomesales.com, why, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you fill out a form, we collect what you type: whether you want to rent to own or sell, your name, phone number and email. On the second page we also ask where you live now, where you would like to live, and why you are thinking about rent to own. If you send us your calculator figures, we get those too.

The affordability calculator itself works only in your browser. Nothing you type into it is sent to us unless you choose to send it with the form.

How we use it

We use your information to answer your request, talk with you about homes or your house, and keep a record of our conversation. We do not sell it.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share it with trusted partners and service providers who help us run our business and handle your request, including our form, phone and email providers. They are required to keep your information secure and confidential.

Calls and texts

The calls and texts box on our forms is optional. If you check it, Fresh Start Home Sales may call or text you about your request at the number you gave. Msg & data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

Mobile numbers and call and text consent are never shared or sold to third parties for their marketing.

Other services on this site

Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts and show a map from Google Maps. Google may receive your device's internet address when that happens. Your form answers are sent to LeadSimplify, the service that delivers them to us. While you move from the first form page to the second, your browser holds your name and email for that visit only so you do not have to type them twice.

How long we keep it

We keep your information as long as we need it to help you and to keep normal business records.

Your choices

You can reply STOP to any text to stop texts. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, call us at 770-299-8056.

Children

This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
